1. Referring back to Criteria 1.3, out of the 3 collaborative projects, which one were you a Team leader for?
For criteria 1.3 i was the team leader for google sheet task.
2. What did your job-role require you to do?
My job role required me to use Google Sheets to create a spreadsheet about my teams 9 favourite cars.
3. How did you ensure your team completed their tasks efficiently?
I ensured that they completed the tasks efficiently by supporting them with their tasks after i finished my task and guided them.
4. What is archiving and does Google drive archive automatically?
"An archive file is a file that is composed of one or more computer files along with metadata. Archive files are used to collect multiple data files together into a single file for easier portability and storage, or simply to compress files to use less storage space"
5. Why is it important to archive your collaborative files?
It is important that Google Drive Archives because while you work GDrive is saving your work and having backups of work in case you need to go back if you make mistakes or work is lost.

Incomplete work - you telling someone in your team that they need to complete something.
Mistakes made – you telling someone in your team they`ve done something wrong for the project.
7. List 3 disadvantages of not having a team leader for the project.
Without a team leader you`ll be set far behind in your work. They won`t know how to do the work without your support, another disadvantage is jobs won`t be allocated to team members.
