Not responding to "Spam":
- I have Received continuous emails from websites i have been on and it gets annoying after a while because you have to keep selecting the emails one by one and then delete them which makes it a very long process.
Notifying a supervisor if potential virus attachments are received.
Not sending unsolicited messages:
- Another word for unsolicited email is unwanted emails.
Not sending attachment greater than a specific size.
Keeping your inbox tidy and deleting any spam:
- I have kept my inbox tidy by deleting spam emails which makes it easy for me to find emails that are genuine.
Not receiving and sending personal messages at work:
- You shouldn`t send private messages or receive any at work because this should be kept away from work. You should only use work emails because it is work related and it shouldn't mixed with your personal life. They could get mixed with each other.
